I have been with u-stor 10 years now. I have loved management as they have changed thru the years. I am currently cleaning out my unit and like countless times in previous years my items are all ruined with mold and bird poop. literally....half my unit is molded. I brought attention to the management years ago on this and should have left then. It is my fault I didn't go with somewhere climate controlled. I am heart broken so many personal items and keepsakes are truly just trash now.
