These guys are top notch!! Randy was super quick to communicate when I requested to schedule an appointment. They are located in CA, but come to AZ as well. I actually received a coupon in the mail for $50 off and thought it was a great time to have our turf area cleaned. It's been three years since we had it installed and we've got 2 small dogs and 3 cats that are on it all the time. This company just came to my home and did an amazing job with my very needy doggie turf! I have a pet sitting business which means many pups pass through our small backyard. It had been 6 months since my last cleaning. I received a reminder email about service time. What an Amazing Company and product!!!! We have a small outdoor dog run for our Yorkshire Terriers and have tried other products with poor success. I called John (the owner and product developer) of the Turfresh product and he is the perfect example of stellar customer service.
