This company just came to my home and did an amazing job with my very needy doggie turf! I have a pet sitting business which means many pups pass through our small backyard. It had been 6 months since my last cleaning. I received a reminder email about service time. What an Amazing Company and product!!!! We have a small outdoor dog run for our Yorkshire Terriers and have tried other products with poor success. I called John (the owner and product developer) of the Turfresh product and he is the perfect example of stellar customer service. John gave me pointers like pressure wash the turf and then personalized tutorial on how to use the enzyme product I have to say best product I've ever used! Today had our turf cleaned. Alma was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable about our turf. I would be happy to have her back next time. She also is a very hard worker. Have been using TurFresh for 5 yrs.
The best service and the best turf cleaners anywhere
Had my backyard done today. As always, job very well done. The service tech (I wish I remembered his name) was professional, friendly and very courteous. He was extremely thorough and left everything better than it was before. Highly recommend TurFresh. 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️
We’ve had our turf for 5 years. We have 2 labs that sleep and do their business on it. In just a few hours Turfresh did what we haven’t been able to do ourselves. Turfresh made our turf look new again and removed the bad odors. It is pricey, not exorbitant, a good value really when you consider the initial investment. We will be having them back on a semi annual basis.
