I sent a request for a cleaning and got a callback the next morning. This company is very professional and very easy to work with. I told them I was interested in getting a deep turf cleaning asap for a party next week, and they hooked me up with a scheduled cleaning date just within 4 days. They did a great job and I definitely recommend them for your turf needs. I couldn't imagine ever working with anyone else for my turf for the future!
I was skeptical this would work since we had tried so many things to get rid of the smell on our turf, but this did the trick! The tech listened very patiently to our issues and explained how the whole process would work. He also left us some product to upkeep the turf. Couldn’t recommend this enough. It’s a little pricey, but worth it if you have a smell you can’t get rid of.
Turfresh does an awesome job. They have my turf looking almost new despite it being a high-traffic area for our dog. We’ll have them back for sure!
We have subscribed to the TurFresh renewal service once every 4 months. Their services comprised of raking up your blades of grass and placing new odor counteractant beads under the blades, as well as pulling all of the weeds that have grown in and around your turf. Lastly, they spray a generous amount of their proprietary and highly effective odor counteractant enzyme spray all through the turf which has a 30-day warranty for smells.
