The service was quick and on time . Highly recommend them if you want to upgrade your water heater to a tankless water heater.

The heat exchanger failed on a Tankless unit in a home we had just purchased. The unit was still under warranty, but the model had been discontinued. The manufacturer advised it would be 2-3 weeks to receive the part. David would not accept that solution. David work tirelessly with the manufacturer's representative to ensure we had a working unit (we were only without hot water for 2 days!!)
