I've used David twice now and he was great both times. The first was a simple service call that he completed quickly, and clearly communicated the problem and the resolution. The second was replacing a different unit, which he did quickly and cleanly. He also made sure to get the information he needed to order the new unit ahead of time so he could have it ready to go when he came out, which I very much appreciated. I will happily be using him in the future.
