I am very pleased with the service and care extended to me by David with Tulsa Tankless. The water heater had not been working for several days and our go to plumber was not going to be able to come for about a week. So had to find someone else. Tulsa Tankless was able to come the same day I called. Diagnosed as a failed heat exchanger leaking on electrical connections. Got the hot water working temporarily. Fantastic experience. Another company told me I was close to needing a new water heater. Turns out I only needed a couple of adjustments and still have years of warranty remaining. Tulsa tankless will be my go to from here on out.

David was great to work with from the first encounter until the install was complete. It’s rare to find someone who is passionate about the quality of their work. The installation was clean and neat and David started in the morning and worked until the job was complete. He made sure the tankless water heater was installed and working properly and informed us of how to properly maintain the product. He also filled out the ONG rebate for us.
