We had a great experience with Chandler and Holden from Tuck & Howell. They came out to our home in Simpsonville to give us a quote for blow-in insulation, ductwork, and a new AC system, and the entire process was professional and thorough from start to finish. Great, honest service from the owner-Jay and his team at Tuck and Howell. My unit wasn’t working, and they came out promptly to service. A cleaning was done just as Jay explained, and during the service they discovered it needs a heater kit, which they are ordering and will be replacing. Jay and his staff have been working to resolve the issue. As a woman who knows nothing about HVAC, I truly appreciate how clearly everything was explained—they’ve definitely earned my trust. Hector was absolutely amazing! He quickly diagnosed and fixed our broken shower handle, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
