We had a great experience with Chandler and Holden from Tuck & Howell. They came out to our home in Simpsonville to give us a quote for blow-in insulation, ductwork, and a new AC system, and the entire process was professional and thorough from start to finish. Great, honest service from the owner-Jay and his team at Tuck and Howell. My unit wasn’t working, and they came out promptly to service. A cleaning was done just as Jay explained, and during the service they discovered it needs a heater kit, which they are ordering and will be replacing. Jay and his staff have been working to resolve the issue. As a woman who knows nothing about HVAC, I truly appreciate how clearly everything was explained—they’ve definitely earned my trust.
