Great experience from beginning with the person that answered my call. The service Technician was very knowledgeable and Proficient in his diagnostics. Everyone was kind professional and extremely helpful. I have been in the service business for most of my adult life. Tuck & Howell staff excel above the rest. Yes we paid more than smaller companies would have quoted the job. But the question is, will they have my back when I need them in the future for service needs.

Had an amazing experience with Tuck and Howell this week. My heating system was broken and needed to be replaced as it was old and making noise. They were able to come that day and gave me a fair quote to replace it. They were able to install a new HVAC the next day. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I hired Tuck & Howell to do the plumbing for a master bath retrofit at my house. New plumbing lines had to be run and other existing lines had to be moved to new locations. They also installed a new shower head and rain shower head. Jim and Hunter were wonderful technicians and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is second to none. Will be referring this group to friends and family for future projects.

Jacob & Cole did a superb job installing our new 3 ton HVAC unit! Professional, efficient and always on time. Job took three days. The unit works great. The office crew (Kim & Sam?) are great to work with as well!
