Great experience from beginning with the person that answered my call. The service Technician was very knowledgeable and Proficient in his diagnostics. Everyone was kind professional and extremely helpful. I have been in the service business for most of my adult life. Tuck & Howell staff excel above the rest. Yes we paid more than smaller companies would have quoted the job. But the question is, will they have my back when I need them in the future for service needs.

I hired Tuck & Howell to do the plumbing for a master bath retrofit at my house. New plumbing lines had to be run and other existing lines had to be moved to new locations. They also installed a new shower head and rain shower head. Jim and Hunter were wonderful technicians and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is second to none. Will be referring this group to friends and family for future projects.

I was introduced to this HVAC company by a client and friend, and I’m so glad I was. The owner personally called me and arranged for a technician to come out that same afternoon, which I truly appreciated. Although I wasn’t a fit for the original offer, Jay still took the time to look over my system to see if it was repairable. This company is comprised of employees that actually care about their performance from the administrative to the technicians. This particular time they sent Tim and he was excellent. Each and every time I have used this company one thing stands above all else, consistency.

We received great service from Tuck & Howell. The office staff was polite and professional. Emails were promptly addressed. The service technician confirmed our appointment the day before he was scheduled to arrive. On the day of the appointment, JD communicated his expected arrival time and then arrived when he said he would. JD was polite, pleasant, and professional. We plan to schedule our HVAC system maintenance with Tuck & Howell again.
