My elderly sister’s toilet quit working. I don’t live in Weymouth. Called Trust 1 and the response was fast, within 15 minutes I received a text confirming Eric C. would be there by 4pm. He arrived before 3 and had everything fixed in less than 30 minutes. Price was good for what I consider an emergency call. Eric was awesome, effective, and explained all the options with no pressure to upgrade. He was really nice and pleasant.
I am not sure where to begin. I am over the moon with the type of service we received from this company. We have had such a great experience from my first encounter which had to do with plumbing. We were blown away with the professionalism of the service and everything just went smooth. and honest. We then decided it was time for Central Air. Who better but TRUST1. Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to get out a technician Josh within hours, he took his time making an assessment , providing recommendations and explaining them in detail to us. The system is working better than ever. Can’t recommend them Enough
The Trust 1 Team has been wonderful. From the initial assessment and getting to a good deal with Tom Keilly, through to the amazing installation team of Brandon Buchanan and Allyssa. They arrived on time, were very professional and polite. Their attention to detail and desire do the job right even when it meant going above and beyond is definitely appreciated. I know I will be comfortable all summer. I would highly recommend using this team.
Eric and Tom were absolutely amazing! They drained, removed, and replaced our hot water tank all before our kid got out of school. They also were extremely friendly, informative and professional. They made me a customer for life and I highly recommend!
