I have used the services of Trust 1 twice. Each time the service and the technicians sent were great. This time around Jake and Josh came to our condo to take a look at the heating system that was not functioning well and noisy. They explained the problem clearly in language that could be understood and proceeded. Jake kept us informed every step of the way. Very satisfied. We’ve no heat on Friday morning and as a member I called Trust-1 Service. The answering service was friendly and helpful. A lady reached out to me shortly and got me into the schedule with Robby that afternoon. Robby was great! He came by early in the time window which I appreciated. He was very thorough and explained to me that the circulator pump of my boiler was out of order and needed to be replaced . Work was completed promptly and my heating system is working now. I highly recommend Trust 1 Services Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning. I lost hot water and I was able to have the service scheduled right away. DJ arrived at my property and while it didn’t end up being a simple fix, he stayed until the job was done. He was extremely nice, professional and dedicated to his work. I have always had a great experience with this company!
DJ did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain everything very clearly and took great care in his work. Can’t say enough good things. Very happy with the results on all the jobs he took care of on the same day.
We hired trust 1 to replace our furnace and AC condenser. We learned last week we needed it replaced and we are 3 weeks away from expecting a little one! The team showed up quickly to give us a quote that was way more affordable from some of the bigger names in the area. They were super responsive and got in to do the work this week in 1 day. The tech's were really friendly, and in and out with no sign of them ever being there! We will definitely be using them again for any future needs!
