Had a new gas boiler installed. Great experience, service, and communication throughout the company - everyone also very personable. Extremely professional and fast install and clean-up. Great price beating other estimates that we received. WOudl Highly Recommend!
I’m remodeling both my bathrooms including replacing the tile floors. This involved removing/replacing the toilet and the vanities. Eric and Alyssa came to my house to do the removal of the toilet and vanity in the master bath. I also had them replace the shut off valves. They worked efficiently and did a great job. My elderly sister’s toilet quit working. I don’t live in Weymouth. Called Trust 1 and the response was fast, within 15 minutes I received a text confirming Eric C. would be there by 4pm. He arrived before 3 and had everything fixed in less than 30 minutes. Price was good for what I consider an emergency call. Eric was awesome, effective, and explained all the options with no pressure to upgrade. He was really nice and pleasant.
They online request and follow up with scheduling was timely with fast response. The plumber was prompt, explained everything and assessed my concern. I would use them again , price was higher than expected however the work was high quality.
Trust 1 came out to diagnose an issue with our water heater, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Our technician, DJ Andrews, was professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. DJ quickly identified the problem with the pressure switch and ignitor, explained our options clearly, and had the parts picked up and installed the same day. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Our system is now running smoothly, and we’re so grateful for his expertise and excellent service!
