We had a very tricky problem with our hvac. We have zonal heating and one of the zones wouldn’t stop heating. I could only see one damper the other was hidden somewhere in the attic inaccessible. We had Akian person come and he was of no use. I had almost given up. Nick from Trust 1 was amazing!! He was there on time. Listened to my investigation so far and then figured out where the damper maybe, cut a hole in the ceiling, ordered the parts, replaced it and done. Very very professional. Thanks Nick and Trust1.

Just had my kitchen drain serviced by Eric and his colleagues. Job took two days. Eric came on Tuesday afternoon with one colleague. They were both very respectful and professional. Quickly diagnosed the issue and worked diligently to fix the initial problem. Parameters of the job required Eric and a second colleague to return next day to complete the recommended repair. Trust 1 provided excellent service once again. My Technician took the time to explain the setup of my system, how I could optimize its longevity and efficiency, and how I could install certain components that would save costs and improve the health of my system in the long run. They even fit me into the schedule on a holiday, which I greatly appreciated. Nice to know that I can rely on Trust 1 for excellent service!

Alyssa was my technician who came out and gave my furnace a tuneup. She was great. She explained the services that she did and even gave me some suggestions on some parts that will soon need to be repaired. I highly recommend this company.
