Fantastic. I just left and had to write a review. I’ve been uncomfortable wearing normal bras forever and always felt like I looked inappropriate just for having a large chest. They listened, were more than willing to let me dislike something and try on multiple items. The $10 fee is well worth it. Bebe provided exceptional customer service. Trousseau has the most beautiful, high quality lingerie. I was a regular customer years ago. I am so glad that I went back.

Had a very off putting experience here. My friend and I walked in, the employees continued their conversations and looked at us but never said a word. We looked around and felt we were being watched the whole time, but no one spoke to us or offered assistance, suggestion or support. Finally we decided the making random eye contact with 3 women watching us but not speaking to us was too bizarre and decided to leave. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and helped. Got a fitting with Gracie, and she was knowledgeable, patient, and very sweet! If you need a good bra, go to this place!! This will be my stop for all bras and intimates ✨

It’s always a treat to go to Trousseau! The staff is so knowledgeable and they carry so many beautiful and comfortable items. I love that this is a locally owned family business right here in Memphis!
