Had a very off putting experience here. My friend and I walked in, the employees continued their conversations and looked at us but never said a word. We looked around and felt we were being watched the whole time, but no one spoke to us or offered assistance, suggestion or support. It’s always a treat to go to Trousseau! The staff is so knowledgeable and they carry so many beautiful and comfortable items. I love that this is a locally owned family business right here in Memphis!

My mom and I went here for the very first time together and were nervous. We were greeted immediately and explained the steps in getting fitted. It was a very pleasant experience. I was very comfortable from the beginning. I will be back! Staff is amazing!!

They are beyond amazing! They make sure I leave correctly fitted for my bras. They have great customer service and quality material. Highly recommend. I’ve been shopping with them for the last 10 years.
