From the moment I opened my account it’s been a terrible experience with this branch. They ignore when customers come in (or maybe just me), they’re rude and condescending. There’s a particular teller that is so rude every single time I’ve had interaction with her. I refuse to go to this branch ever again and will be closing my account at the bainbridge branch.
My dad does his banking here and they are always helpful and extremely friendly. It's a smaller "hometown" bank.
Very frustrating. Unless you’re banking is 100% with them. They need to get an app to assist and cross with other banks to make payments
