I have had Tom's installation services as well as repairs over many years now, and as always, I highly recommend them. They also now have plumbing services. Today, I was having plumbing issues and Antonio Santoyo was dispatched to assist. He fixed the problem in a timely manner, and I also will highly recommend his services. Thoroughly professional and answered all my questions.
Great experience from the start with Erik as my Comfort Advisor all the way to the installation with Justin and Miguel. Justin and Miguel did a wonderful job on my new system install. Justin is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
The serviceman did an excellent job of yearly maintenance of my Trane unit. He also answered several questions about heat pump units. He was respectful and very nice. He was nice and spent several minutes helping me figure out how to change the time on my thermostat unit. We found out there was no way to change the time except maybe reboot the device, which I chose not to do. He is a great representative for your company. I contacted Tom's on 1.24.26, that my gas heat was not working, it was 10 deg. out side and forecast to get colder. Robert Clayton called me advising me that the roads were too bad to travel to my house, he said that he would contact me in the morning. Robert called on Sunday morning and advised that he was on his way. Robert could not help because the problem was a gas valve that he did not have on his truck, he sent in a mergercy request for a gas valve and advise Tom's would contact on Monday to schedule the valve repl... read more
Paul Grossman was the technician who visited my house to repair my HVAC system. He performed a thorough inspection, determined the issue, and then provided me with various options and their costs. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions on the issue itself and on the various options. I highly recommend Paul and Tom’s Mechanical!
