I got bids from three roofing companies last year since we knew this was one of the priority projects for our new home and Three Tree was an easy choice. Chase came out and provided an assessment, was able to apply a quick patch to an area that was compromised, and got back quickly with a quote and no pressure on timing. I also felt very comfortable that they could navigate our three story house that has issues around access for trucks or cranes. Chase took the time to walk us through the whole process and answered all our questions. He really sold us on Three Tree. After the bid was accepted, Derek did a great job of communicating when the project was going to start and how it would go. Their estimated start date was pretty accurate! Only delayed by a few days. I was so impressed with their customer service and respect for my property, as well as their attention to detail. Our new roof is miles ahead of the one that was installed before. Really great job.
