Came here twice during our trip to Nashville and the owner, Jason, was amazing. He packed our gifts with care and we left his shop feeling like friends. Definitely worth stopping here if you need any souvenirs or just want to meet a friendly face in Nashville!
Went to 5-10 souvenir shops before finally finding this place. By far the highest quality/best prices of any of the souvenirs we saw in previous locations. Owner is super cool and it’s located inside the old Marathon building which is a neat touch.
Right before the holidays I ordered two items to be gifts, however a week after Christmas I received part of my order and not all of it. I responded via email to the email on the invoice to mention not all of the order arrived. Here we are a month later, still no item or refund or any response to multiple emails on this matter. Terrible way to run a business.
The best place in this city to get souvenirs hands down. I'm a tour guide so my job includes helping people find good souvenirs, this is always my recommendation!
