We had such a wonderful experience bringing our Jazzercise Lakewood Ranch instructor team to the Salt Caves for a little team bonding and restoration. My wife and I had an amazing experience with the salt cave therapy! She had been dealing with some congestion before our visit, and by the time we left, she was already feeling so much better and could definitely notice a difference. Halo Haus truly is the home of the salt caves! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. During my visit, I experienced the sauna, the cold plunge, the red light therapy bed, and the Himalayan salt cave. Every experience was incredibly rejuvenating, leaving me feeling refreshed, recharged, and completely at peace. I’m a member and today did the infrared sauna and cold plunge. I selected 55 degrees today. They suggested I go back and forth from the heat then into the cold plunge! Both are in your same room so very easy. Went back and forth 3 times and was able to stay in the cold plunge 3 minutes the 1st time then 4 minutes the two other times! I have Inflammation in my pelvis and today I am walking out with zero pain! I enjoy every treatment there but today was one of my favorites! The owners are also incredibly nice and caring!
