We had such a wonderful experience bringing our Jazzercise Lakewood Ranch instructor team to the Salt Caves for a little team bonding and restoration. The salt cave was a wonderful experience! Not only was it incredibly relaxing, but great care went into its design — right down to the cave walls and salt covered floor, zero gravity chairs, snuggly blankets, and sound system. In fact, each area of the spa is a unique environment based on the treatment offered. The attention to detail that Myra, the owner, has accomplished truly sets apart this unique, warm and welcoming facility.
I recently visited The Salt Caves with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Such a great experience! This was our first time trying salt caves and the owner was so welcoming and friendly! She explained the benefits and showed us around. It was so relaxing inside the caves and such a unique experience. They also had so mang other things to try (infrared sauna, foot bath, etc) and so many great products!! We will definitely be back!
I brought my two adult daughters to the Salt Caves t o relax and get rejuvenated. It was such a pleasant experience! We felt amazing after our 45 minute session and not only did we feel great, but our skin felt so soft too! The owner, Myra, was so helpful and informative as well. We will definitely be back!
