I sold my watch to them. they took my watch box returned my watch with just the straps. they said they didn’t see anything. i filled a police report to no avail. they suck and are criminals. Still waiting on my watches…. I strongly recommend for no one to ever go this place.
Don’t ever go to this place the customer service is horrible they bring there kids to work and then get mad because the kids act like they have zero home training then take it out on the customers. Trust me this place is. Used to do other pawn shops. Now its "Forget CASH AMERICA PAWN!" COME HERE! Best in the city so far! They take in more, GIVE you more, if youre buying it'll be reasonable pricing, genuine people, less hassle, faster service, etc. No competition. More inventory n all.
I don't normally feel the need to post reviews I hope this business does not normally operate like this but I had a very bad experience. 2 employees boldly lied about what product they had and one even acted over the phone as if they checked the product model for me. Pretty decent place always seems to have pretty much good items I have purchased so far several items from here haven't had any problems and have had my merchandise that I purchased from them for a couple months everything still going pretty smooth no issues!!! Their merchandise definitely seems pretty solid!! The staff was very pleasant and helpful so that's a super plus and they work with you as far as prices! I got this laptop for 90 bucks!!! (Hp Crombook) pretty good deal!!!! These are usually 200 ➕ new!!!
