We had the BEST experience working with Texas Storm Group! They approached us after noticing damage on our roof caused by a recent hailstorm, and they worked with our insurance company to file a claim, and had them pay for our new roof after verifying the damage. Mitchell with Texas Storm Group is awesome! At first I was skeptical because my insurance company had denied 2 previous claims. Mitchell explained the insurance process and everything else, and I reluctantly gave the go ahead to get things started. I’m so thankful I did! Texas Storm Group was great from start to finish. Mitchell and Austin were great on the front end and answered all my questions. Jacob was our on site PM and walked me through what they were doing each day and was able to explain things as questions came up. The guys doing the work were also great to interact with and they left my property better than they found it. Would absolutely recommend for anyone needing roof work.
Texas Storm Group were amazing from the start of the process until the end. Everyone who I came in contact with through either person by phone or in person were very professional. They were meticulous in explaining the project and super friendly in the conclusion of the work. I would and will recommend Texas Storm Group to all my friends, family, and casual strangers. My experience with Texas Storm Group in replacing my roof could not have been better. Albert and Mitch came out and looked at my roof and said it definitely needed to be replaced. They contacted my insurance company and met with the claims adjuster when he came to look at my roof.
