My Heat pump hadn't been working for a few days so I called Sweep Home and thought I'd try a cleaning first to see if that might help fix my problem. I had them come in last year for a cleaning maintenance and Nick was my service guy. He was so polite, friendly and professional. This year it was Nick again and I couldn't have been happier. The 3 gents were very respectful and highlighted several safety issues during the visit.( cables on stairs, tape on registers) They seemed happy to do the work and displayed great team cohesiveness that we enjoyed observing. They successfully diagonalized a problem with our HRV and carried out a minor repair and gave a possible long term fix on the issue. These employees are a benefit to your company and will be the reason I book with you in the future.
Nick was excellent and professional with cleaning our heat pump. He also took the time to show us how to use the remote for efficiency and saving energy. We will definitely book you again next year for a cleaning. Thanks!
These folks have great communication, and have formatted their confirmations to go directly Google Calendar, which is very helpful. We've used them before and have each time been serviced by Nick, who has always been extremely reliable, personable, and professional. Highly recommend, and will use again, and again, and again...
