We had our HVAC and heat pump serviced and cleaned this morning and we were incredibly impressed with the thoroughness of the work and the professionalism by which it was conducted. We learned a lot and our system is already noticeably quieter and so much more clean. We’ve signed up for the yearly reminders and appreciate that service to be taken care of! The service was very professional from start to finish. The only thing I expected, honestly, was that since the whole air system was cleaned, all the vents would be checked to ensure they were open and properly in place, along with turning the system on and explaining the settings and when to use each one. Finally, although the service was necessary and well done, I found the cost quite high for what it was. Recently had my home air exchanger cleaned by a company named Sweep. They were awesome. Reasonable price. Came 1/2 hour early after confirmation that this was acceptable to me. Explained every step of the process in a manner that was easy to understand. The staff member (Josh) was extremely polite and kind. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have the air exchanger in their home cleaned.

Professional, tidy, kind and well priced! . Took time to explain things to me as he went along. Have had my heat pumps a while and this was my best experience with a cleaning! Highly recommend! Nick was a pleasure! Will be booking with them for next cleaning!

The communication leading up to the service was excellent. The guys were respectful of our home, no noticeable alterations to the duct work. The only issue, and it was minor, was one heat register had the seal barrier in-place and one register was not replaced. I would use this service again.
