I called and was given exact time the next morning to expect technician. I received call as he approached and was in drive. The repair was explained as well as charges. In - out. Good service !
Discovered a broken spring on garage door at around 6:15AM, called Superior at 7:20 AM and was told someone would come out between 8 and 10 AM. Both springs were replaced and door serviced by 8:45 AM. Employee was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Have used them in the past and certainly will continue to use and recommend to anyone needing garage door service.
Our company called for an emergency service and a technician arrived within 30 minutes. We were so impressed with the speed of service.
On a cold, early wintery morning our garage door's large spring broke and door would not go up. I called Superior Garage Door Systems and by mid morning the same day the garage door spring was replaced and garage door serviced. Chris was prompt, professional, and courteous. He had the new opener installed very quickly, performed maintenance on the door, and explained how everything worked. He made a follow up call the next day to check on customer satisfaction, and emailed a paid receipt. Would definitely use Superior again!
