Sunshine Maintenance & Landscaping is absolutely amazing. They were here bright and early the morning of a blizzard, clearing my driveway and all walkways. With how bad the weather was, it was such a relief to know everything was taken care of quickly and thoroughly. Professional, reliable, and hardworking. Exactly the kind of service you hope for during Winnipeg winters. Highly recommend!

Snow clearing this year has been noticeably better than in previous years. Weather conditions have been especially challenging with frequent freezing rain, which makes ice removal difficult for any contractor. Despite this, the crews have been consistent and responsive. We used Sunshine for 2025 spring/summer landscaping and fall/winter 2025–2026 services at our condo building. While summer services were underwhelming, winter services have been particularly disappointing. This winter, Sunshine has attended the property to shovel only 4 times. On two occasions, snow was cleared using only a high-powered leaf blower. Sunshine completed patio work for our 20 townhouse unit complexe in Bridgwater. The work was excellent and the process was seamless. What makes this company excel above the rest is communication. They were ALWAYS updating us on all work progress, open to special requests and most important of all, transparent. And lastly, it is important to note that their staff is stable. No high turnover here! This is usually an indication of a great company with great management.

I trust this company year round to look after a residential property. From spring clean-up, through weeding and mowing in the summer, on to autumn rake, and to winter shoveling, I find them very responsive with attention to detail. The crews on site are always a credible extension of what the owners promise me. Moreover, anytime I request additional services to beautify the property, they are prompt at preparing quotes and following through with efficient expertise. I would recommend their services.
