Ray and his crew are outstanding. . I had the pleasure of using their services with a large commercial property. The service provided, and the detail and care that went into tending to every matter, was truly remarkable. Ray was always available and quick to respond to any calls or emails. His manner and customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend Sunshine to anyone looking for a commercial or residential property service.
I trust this company year round to look after a residential property. From spring clean-up, through weeding and mowing in the summer, on to autumn rake, and to winter shoveling, I find them very responsive with attention to detail. The crews on site are always a credible extension of what the owners promise me. Moreover, anytime I request additional services to beautify the property, they are prompt at preparing quotes and following through with efficient expertise. I would recommend their services.
Prompt, efficient, friendly, great price, wonderful work. I really appreciate them taking payment after service was done. Will get them to power wash my deck and patio, and do lawn care, snow removal, fall clean up and top soil dressing.

Sunshine Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping has done an excellent job throughout the time we have been in Winnipeg. Our first winter with them hit hard and they were here shoveling and scraping. They made a trench/trail for our dog out back from back door deck to where there used to be grass but was then an ice rink! Sunshine never skipped or came late, as soon as it was safe for them to come out they were here and they shoveled the entire front walk and steps.
