As it should be! I ordered 48 hats, two different colors and two different logo designs. The process was easy. The delivery was quick and the price was great. The design embroidery on the hats was high quality and just as it was represented in the emails. This was a great experience and I will be ordering more products from Stitch America inc. in the future.

Seems like we'll run business. Customer service was great! Alexis answered my first phone call and stayed with me through the entire process - from emails to phone calls. It's was nice to speak with a person vs an automated answering service. In addition, the process was straightforward and product was spot on! 100% recommend.

Hats came out great. Alexis was super helpful in responding to queries and the delivery came in a few days ahead of schedule, during the Christmas season too!

Very nice customer service rep, but still go our order wrong. Would've been beneficial if they could've confirmed order before placing it or something because we were missing a lot of our items. I also thought the set up fee would be a one time thing and then if we needed to order additional items after that we could do so easily, but found out later that if you order less than 12 items there is still a $50 re-ordering fee... Not super impressed.
