I have ordered 3 embroidered products from Stitch America. Each time, I am blown away by their care and quality. The embroidery is spectacular. The customer service is genuine and willing to work with you. The prices are fair. Even the packaging is done with great care. My last order was of some embroidered sweatshirts and beanies. Each sweatshirt was individually packaged in a zipped bag for easy distribution and to keep the product clean. The beanies were also bagged together to keep them clean. Second order I've done with Stitch America. First experience (custom baseball caps) was excellent quality and even better service, at a very competitive price. This time (custom quarter-zip sweatshirts) just as good. I won't look anywhere else in the future.

Working with Stitch America was SO EASY and they did such an amazing job! If they didn’t get back via email by a certain time and I had urgent questions, they always answered their phones so it was very easy to connect with them. The hats we ordered turned out so cute and they made & shipped them SO fast. Also love that the minimum was only 12, whereas most places I found had a minimum of 30. Would definitely use them again in the future!
