I have ordered 3 embroidered products from Stitch America. Each time, I am blown away by their care and quality. The embroidery is spectacular. The customer service is genuine and willing to work with you. The prices are fair. Even the packaging is done with great care. My last order was of some embroidered sweatshirts and beanies. Each sweatshirt was individually packaged in a zipped bag for easy distribution and to keep the product clean. The beanies were also bagged together to keep them clean. Shoutout to Stitch America Inc. for making our team sweatshirts look AMAZING! Stitch America absolutely exceeded my expectations. To be honest, when I saw polos starting around $12 a shirt, I assumed the quality was going to reflect the price. But I was in a bind, needed shirts quickly to get started, and figured I’d give them a shot. What I got instead was a true 5-star experience. I shopped around for a decent price for getting a dozen custom hats made. Some places were just looking for volume orders. Stitch America didn't bat an eye at my small order and treated me well from start to finish. I especially liked being able to see actual stitched examples of the embroidery prior to going to production. The hats turned out great. We will recommend them to our friends and family and continue to do business with them in the future.

I purchased hats for my business with my company Logo, and Stitch America made the process easy. They create a sample to make sure it looks like it should and the product was delivered within a few days of my approval. Very nice
