I started taking piano lessons here in 2009 under Ann Chen, and art lessons with Lindsay Bochenek; both phenomenal teachers. There were many opportunities to perform, which really helped me improve my confidence and become a better pianist. Our family purchased a Boston upright piano from Cliff Monear, which we still play regularly almost 14 years later. Steinway's jazz shows are always wonderful. The music selections always fit the time of year that they occur. The musicians and soloists are of the finest quality. It is a great way to wrap up a day!
Rob is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work and talk with, and so dedicated to the piano business as well as teaching pianists. You can tell he truly cares. I definitely recommend Steinway and Rob for your piano needs in metro Detroit, and the US!

Outside of the magnificent inventory of pianos and the great musicianship, customer service and piano knowledge of Cliff Monear, The Steinway Piano Gallery is one of my favorite places to hear live music. The venue is intimate, the acoustics are just right, and it's conveniently located off M-5 with plenty of parking. A destination spot, with an A- list of some of finest musicians- especially on Wednesday nights. I give it an enthusiastic two thumbs up.👏👍👍 Love it! ❤
