We were looking for a dining table and stopped by this furniture store in Prattville. Lori was so kind and helpful! The table ended up not fitting in my car, and she offered to drop it off at our house since her vehicle was bigger. We even insisted she take some cash for the trouble, but she wouldn’t accept it. My partner and I just bought our first home and we didn’t have a dining table , so her kindness really meant a lot. Lori was truly a blessing! We will definitely be coming back for any future furniture purchases 😊

I have purchased furniture for over 50 years all in Texas but I was most impressed with the staff & especially Lori Arnette at Spiller Furniture Lori went out of her way to find two specific chairs I was looking for. In only one day she had them located & in two days had them sitting in my home. Now that’s serving our community!! My experience was great. I appreciate Ms Dot and Laurie for all of their help the furniture that I bought went 1/2 off so I made a trip from Columbus Georgia to get it...The only thing I had a problem with is that I had to find and pay someone in the area to load it up for me. I was told there was nobody to do it. I don't fault the employees but I do fault upper management if I've paid over $3000 for the furniture and came from Georgia to pick it up at least someone could've been there to load it up for me.

Went to several places looking for furniture with no luck. Although they didn’t have everything I needed, I found a recliner that I love. I’m real short and have back issues and most furniture is too deep for me which is why they didn’t have everything I needed. The recliner that doesn’t look like a recliner fits me really good. And Ms. Dot is amazing! She’s so sweet and very helpful. I can’t say enough about Ms Dot, she’s one in a million. I had a great experience with Spiller.
