The staff is amazing! Very helpful with what I wanted. Showed me what they suggested and went from there. I took pictures of the tags of items that I wanted and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Delivery men were awesome! They dropped 4 pieces of furniture off and it only took them 25-30 minutes. Everything arrived in amazing condition. 15/10 would recommend them.
The furniture we got was okay, we like the non-couch pieces – the couch is quite uncomfortable and was in shoddier condition than we realized when we bought it – but the experience of paying monthly has been awful! There is no consistency between two different employees at this place as to whether you've paid your bill already, so you can miss a payment even after having received a call that month for a payment, which you settle on that very phone call. Spiller definitely didn't disappoint!! Cassandra helped us find a beautiful and affordable living room set. She was so kind and had us set up and ready in no time! I'd highly recommend coming to gander at Spiller, the showroom was well kept, neat, and they had some pretty sweet deals!
Purchased a couch and love seat yesterday at Starkville location. Everybody was super friendly and we were allowed to browse at our own pace until we asked a couple questions. At that point we were assisted by Raven and SHE WAS AWESOME. She was very knowledgeable about each item we inquired about and went the extra mile for us. Thank you again Raven!!!
The store is amazing the manager and her saleswoman went above and beyond to help my family. Including turning her desk into a play area for my 3 kids while helping my husband and I. I would highly recommend this location. We purchased a huge picture and sofa from them with no issues.
