Melissa was very helpful and made me feel right at home when we came in the store. She is a great person to deal with. She walkedme around and showed me everything. She's took her time. While we had cloey as our shopping assistant each time we have been there, everyone else we have come across, which has been around 5 others, has been equally amazing and "normal" as I call it. When I say "normal" what I mean is relaxed yet available, and receptive to what our needs are while being jovial and having fun. We bought all new furniture for our house, and were given quite a few concessions on different pieces that we liked. Bottom line, they work with you on what you want.
