Greeted upon entering the store and assisted by Tryonda and Mr. Larry effortlessly! They made the process so easy and efficient! It felt like we were old friends and now we are (mainly because I felt comfortable talking to much)! I recommend this store simply because of the hospitality and quality of care given the staff.
I never been in a furniture store that was so nasty for real everybody in there sitting down on their phones ,need to get up and clean up I wouldn't buy anything out of there even the furniture on the floor some of it was dirty yeah they speak when you come in the store but they're not trying to sell anything I just don't understand why everything is so dirty even the floor who manages that store I'm just saying it doesn't make you want to purchase anything out of there, well I wouldn't smh
I have been meaning to write this for a while now but the time got away from me, so finally I want to give a huge shout out to Bobby and Joseph for being great when they delivered and put together my furniture. They were extremely nice, did their job, were on time, maybe even early, no fuss no muss and they smelled good too! :) I have to also say that my entire experience with the people at Spiller in Columbus MS has been great. I will buy there again.
I went into Spiller in Columbus on Thursday during the VIP sale. I was greeted by Quay, I told him what I was looking for, and he immediately started walking with me to show me options. He was able to get me the living room furniture I needed at a great price. He even gave me tips on how to continue to build credit and raise my score! He is amazing! Thank you again Quay!
I can't believe what I was told today. For as long as I can remember, I had always had a great service at this location and the other location (when they were downtown). I have been coming to Spiller's every since I got my 1st apartment (1996). My grandmother (Mrs Hicks), have been doing business with this company for as long as I can remember and I'm 38.
