I walked into Spillers in Northport, Alabama and was graded and ask if they could help me find anything and I told them I was looking in the sales associate said if there’s anything you need I will be on the floor. My wife and I were looking for a glider rocker. The staff at the Starkville store was very helpful and friendly. We found exactly what we were looking for. The chair is very comfortable. We liked it so well we came back and purchased another one like it. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Experienced poor customer service, lack of transparency, and repeated delays with no clear communication. Ultimately went with a different furniture company — who processed everything smoothly and delivered within six days. This isn’t just about furniture — it’s about how customers are treated. I hope this helps others avoid the same runaround.

I had been in the market for a few months to find my 12 year old a full size bed without breaking the bank but still wanting something stylish that will last him through high school. Michelle was a huge help and found him the perfect bed for my budget. I was in and out within 30 minutes. We will definitely be back in the future. They have beautiful furniture!

Great customer service!! Derek did an outstanding job guiding us on a new recliner. We will definitely be back for a new sectional soon. Shane and staff are top notch!!
