I cannot say enough praise about Danielle Tilia and how she works with my two 8-year-old twin daughters. Danielle's ability to connect with them, even when they're in their demand avoidance mode, is nothing short of amazing. I have been a patient at Sonder for several years and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I receive personal and professional care from my provider who truly cares about my mental health and well being. My provider has flexible appointment scheduling and allows for either in person or online appointments to accommodate to my needs. I am especially pleased with the health coordinators. My therapist Holly Brennan was incredible and helped me through a very tough time in my life. I truly appreciate her and I’m sad to see her go work at the VA, but know that she will be amazing for her clients there. Thank you Holly!!

First, if you are seeking help for the first time, you should look elsewhere. I would never recommend this place for therapy/psychiatry newbies. I had an intake appointment here, and when the Doctor asked me about trauma, he proceeded to ask me "how [I] got myself into that situation in the first place." ...as if I chose to be in that situation.
