Support and follow up useless. Disappointing to say the least.
My husband and I bought this bed when I was pregnant with our first child because of its therapeutic claims. Instead I had issues sleeping, trying to get out of bed, a herniated disc in my c6/c7 vertebrae. PT didn’t help the disc issue, cortisone injections, and later disc replacement surgery on my spine. I’ve struggled to get a good night sleep since we bought this mattress 2.5 years ago.
