The people at the office are friendly and helpful. My furnace was making a whining noise and I took a video. Of course on arrival we could not re create the noise. The tech was thorough in his investigation. Kind and reported good information. I am confident that if my problem returns or becomes worse somehow, they will be back to correct it.
WOW! I noticed a weird sound coming from my furnace and Abicus popped up on google first, they charged me 150 dollars to tell me that the fix would be $2,100 and it would take about a week to get the part. I called Silver Spur next and couldn’t be happier that I did. Bruce was more than helpful on the phone, he spent 15 minutes with me going through possibilities. This as good of an experience of an unplanned replacement of a full HVAC system as possible. We got extremely professional, competent, and friendly service. Everything was explained carefully and we got a great deal that was WELL below any of the other estimates we received. We got great response time and the guys came to replace the system the very next day. The purchasing process went smooth Review of my needs then customizing my system plus was updated on safety features included. Finally a very fair price. Installation was quick and efficient. Crew was neat and organized. They also were happy to any of my questions. I would give them a 10 rating score.
I'm so happy with their service! They installed an new Lennox AC unit for me last year and today the AC suddenly stopped working. I called the office at 4:00 pm and their technician Tyler arrived 6:15 same day! He fixed it and did a great job! Was very polite and efficient! I highly recommend them!
