Silver Spur was exceptional with my residential air conditioner job here in Houston. From my first phone call with Bruce and Todd to my new system install everything was flawless. The on site service team was exceptional and kept my home clean during the installation. I really appreciate Bruce working tirelessly to ensure I received the best finance plan possible. I recommend Silver Spur if you require fast, professional and diligent service. No BS just got the job done!
Tod the sales director responded quickly and answered my questions regarding a new system. He was able to put me on the installation the same day. Bruce in finance was awesome helping me finance the system I wanted. The guys who installed the system today were awesome as well. They took their time and made sure everything was installed correctly. They also cleaned up and didn’t leave a mess behind. I recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and reputable company.
Best HVAC experience ever working with Silver Spur and Tod Oakes! Customer service from Tod and all of the install techs was top-notch and I've never had a commercial AC installed 2 to 3 days after signing a contract. Highly recommend!
