Every time a technician arrives at my house for a appointment from this Company, in ths case it was Eric, I'm always met with professionalism and the most accurate diagnosis possible. They were great the first time they came, so I got the membership, and everything went downhill from there. I scheduled a heating tune up, and they had to change my appt 5 times. I had taken off work for a few of the times so I completely wasted that… also I called to ask about cancelling the membership and the lady on the phone said “ma’am I am at church”. The technician was great, he was able to help me and give me immediate service and a clear explanation of the problems that needed to be fixed to get me up and running fast. Silver Spur on the other side, had a lot of flaws as a company, first they claimed that my estimate would be completely free, but failed to mention a dispatch fee for sending the guy out, and not the kind that gets included in the service fee if you go with them, then they promised to get me an estimate on parts and labor for a bigger fix, and I'm still ... read more
