Professional work Professional communication, explained what was being done and what needed to be done as well as being concerned with what happens when u prolong. Cleaned up the best he could. Their smiles did it for me and eye contact ,they love what they do and it shows . Been having a leak for months and they r the only company that was concerned enough to find it .( I've had several other plumbers here tell me there's no leak meter not running but water bill doubled ,silver spur found it.)
If I could I would give them even more stars. The service was amazing. William and Aaron put our new Mini Splits in to replace the unit that quit working awhile back. Joe R came to do some warranty work on my AC today. He was clean, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again. The digital assistant that they have answering the phones after hours is quite advanced but was unable to assist me directly with an appointment. However as soon as the business opened the next morning I received a call from Pam who got me added to the schedule straight away. at first i said to myself, why did they send a lady technical?? but she was very friendly and excellent knowledge of the operating system work and how it functions. she was very courtesy and answeregd all my questions about a/c unit. great customer service.
Alicia, as well as others from your company, have been here before for the same issue that Invitation Homes will NOT fix properly. She recognized the house immediately and described the attic before going up. She knew right away the issues I have with an old system, low coolant, freeze ups, and leaks in the duct work.
