Silver Spur did a great job with the installation of my new ac & heating unit. They gave me a fair price and did what they said they would do. I believe that's the way these transactions should work! All of their salespeople, installers and technicians were courteous, friendly, personable and professional. They were fast and efficient and it was a very good experience overall. Honest, Integrity, Fair. Words not normally associated with HVAC companies. Silver Spur Air, Heating, & Plumbing of Dallas is a wonderful exception to the general public AC vendor experience. They do what they say they are going to do, at a fair and reasonable cost, and follow up to make sure that the client is 100% satisfied with the outcome. These guys were easy to work with and got the job done well. We had been working with another HVAC company that was dragging us through endless videos and hours of conversations about why their services were better than anyone else's and we finally got fed up with it, called Silver Spur, and got everything taken care of within a week. Incredible team and will use them for maintenance.
This company brought out Emergency Air & heating who installed our new AC system. However,we were still having air circulation problems with uppper and lower areas of the home. One of their Silver Spur's technician advised that we needed to replace zoining board; a second opinion from the same company different technician said the zoning board didn't need replacing, it was turned off.
