In Aug 2021 we paid $5,500 for a Goodman gas upflow system per our invoice, but later learned a Lennox unit was installed instead. Since installation, we’ve spent hundreds each year on service calls due to ongoing issues. We were eventually told the system was installed upside down, which was never explained. Kadryn was professional and genuine! He could have been lazy and just closed out the job quickly however he diligently identified my issue with my air that had been damaged from rodents and improperly installed and quickly fix the issue. Now my room is blowing snowballs in the summer time!❄️❄️
