Very happy with the service. Scheduling was easy through the website and coordinating with the plumber, and the service was great. Emmanuel, was knowledgeable and helped explain what the problem was while offering solutions. The problem got fixed quickly and I’d recommend them for someone looking for plumbing help.

My tenant had a plumbing emergency late in the evening so I reached out I needed the job done ASAP. They had someone on their way immediately and took care of the issue! I’m an apartment manager of a 49 unit building and I’ve been working with Miguel and Emmanuel for almost 10 years now. Absolutely amazing experience going with the Service Squad. They were able to send a team - Emmanuel and Miguel - out to my mother's house within an hour of me calling. Dealing with this company was easy and fast. They had the new water heater in and installed to code (it wasn't before) in a few hours. Even the payment process was easy since they have their own portal where you can view the invoice and enter payment info.
