Ryan was the best. I needed a new capacitor for my furnace and he discovered it was still under warranty so only charged the install fee. He also took the time to explain exactly what other features I needed like a flood control valve but also complimented me on how well my AC and furnace were maintained. I felt he was very upfront and honest and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Ryan really did go the extra mile and was on time, professional, and courteous. Called, Neal came out next day, presented a fair and extensive estimate for 2 complete systems. I had already researched Semper Fi with very positive results, so after Neal's excellent explanations we purchased on the spot. They scheduled and came out next day! 28 hours from initial handshake to 2 complete systems done! 10+ service in my book. I called as a referral from my neighbor. First off, the process was very easy. I was anticipating a wait time of 1-2 weeks. Much to my surprise they were able to come the next day! I knew the ac system was old and having a hard time thru the summer. I was in hopes a thorough going over and maybe some minor repairs but alas, the poor old thing was not going to make it. Called at 645pm and had a tech at 804pm...Quote done and new unit installed and running in less then 24hours, that included all new venting in attic as well! Awesome Job!! At first....... I have now had system 2 weeks and cannot get a tech back out related to the following concern. New venting is pulling in attic insulation and filling up my bathroom vent and falling into room. Up to 6 calls later and I keep getting told a install tech will co tact..Original tech will contact..sorry sir we escalated to management etc.. ... read more

This is our first contact with Semper Fi Plumbing. The AC division installed a complete heat pump double zone that was expertly installed. It works great, and we use them to service it every ‘year. This week we needed a new kitchen sink faucet. Our guy went to Home Depot to purchase a unit for me and then installed it. Our tech was excellent. I was amazed at how quickly he installed it and replaced everything. Outstanding service….
