Do not get any work done from this company. I purchased a whole new ac unit and condenser and less than two years later my unit has started to leak. It has been one and a half months waiting for someone to finally come out with the parts needed to repair the issue but issue persists. Semper Fi has been one of the most amazing companies i have had the pleasure to work with. Nobody calls when they are having no issues and all is working great, homeowners call when things are going bad... when you call (and I have called a lot) their first words are " how can I make you happy today". We have been customers with Semper Fi about 5 years now. Very happy with their service and response to issues! We recently had issue with our A/C and we were very stressed due to temp in house reaching 83° and climbing w/our 96 lb long haired dog in house, we were getting prepared to spend the night in a hotel, but thankfully they were able to get a maintenance tech out by that eve and he fortunately had the part on his truck that literally had blown up and had it replaced and A/C back in business within an hour!!
