My AC was broken and I was shopping around looking for their review and I choose Semper Fi for good customer service I go with them, start from the office excellent customer service the service technical and installers are professional came on time and replace my all AC system price is a little more but I picked 15.2 seer2 they had good discount and payment plan and repaired my damaged ceiling. The service was outstanding they were so professional. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you so much Semper Fi

Hello everyone, I would like to tell you about my experience with Serper Fi heating and cooling systems. It was just a phone call after returning home from a trip to find out we had no AC. First Alian, arrived to trouble shut the the situation and found the problem, the very next day at 8:00 AM the to installers Isaac and Matthew were on the scene with all the equipment and tools that they needed, there was no delays and waiting for equipment. Recently had one of my HVAC units replaced, heating/air flow unit replaced, the ducts and vents cleaned, dryer vent cleaned, new thermostat installed, water heater flushed, pressure relief valve replaced, and whole house shut-off ball valve replaced. Semper Fi does it all. 😁 They did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. They guarantee great service, customer support, and they are true to their word about pricing and service. I like that in a business. Looking forward to working with Semper Fi again next summer.

Very upset and disappointed about my decision to go with Semper Fi to replace the a/c at my condo. Had been promised a one day install - didn’t happen. The install was scheduled for a Saturday and the crew showed up without essential parts. They got one part delivered from the warehouse and were able to begin the installation but wanted to push it till Monday right away. Rafael was very professional and explained everything that was wrong with my hvac system as simple as possible. Ultimately had to replaced the system since it was outdated, falling apart, driving up my energy bill, and the refrigerant was no longer available. The pricing was much more affordable than I had realized. They immediately started the work the following day. Lawrence and his team of technicians made sure the installation was done correctly and communicated with me with updates and issues.
