We always chose Siemper Fi for our plumbing and HVAC needs! Truly an exceptional company. Our technician Eric did a wonderful job! Not only did he get us in contact with a reputable restoration company for our water heater burst but he walked us through the next steps of the process. Eric was extremely patient and kind! Following up to check on us through the process and helped get our install completed! Overall a kind and wonderful human being who truly cared about our situation! Thank you Siemper Fi!!

I very rarely leave a bad review because I try to stay positive but I am SICK of this company. I had them come out to inspect my AC unit once or twice YEARS ago and they STILL call and text me trying to get me to schedule another maintenance appointment even though I’ve tried to unsubscribe multiple times. I even spoke to a gentleman on the phone a couple years ago and told him exactly why I wasn’t interested in using their company again and STILL every couple months I’m getting calls and texts. Very professional company. They were able to check out my A/C the same day, which is a huge feat because I live in Casa Grande. The service guys were very friendly and able to troubleshoot quickly. They got the part we needed in 24 hours and provided us with a complimentary portable A/C unit to use over the weekend until repairs could be done Monday. Awesome finance option too! I will definitely be calling Semper Fi next time we have any A/C service needed!

I contacted Semper Fi about an emergency issue with my AC. The Semper Fi dispatcher said a Technician would be out to the house between 6:00 and 9:00 PM. I was contacted by the Service Technician at 6:00 PM apprising me he was on his way and would arrive at 6:30 PM. The Service Tech. arrived on time! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I will never use any other service. Fast, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of your time. I had a water heater replaced last year and it was the easiest process to call them for service. I thought after they made it to my service call that they would have to take an additional week or two. So imagine my surprise, when, on the same day, I had a new water heater.
