I very rarely leave a bad review because I try to stay positive but I am SICK of this company. I had them come out to inspect my AC unit once or twice YEARS ago and they STILL call and text me trying to get me to schedule another maintenance appointment even though I’ve tried to unsubscribe multiple times. I even spoke to a gentleman on the phone a couple years ago and told him exactly why I wasn’t interested in using their company again and STILL every couple months I’m getting calls and texts. Semper Fi exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. Communication was clear, timelines were honored, and the level of organization and follow-through truly set them apart. I highly recommend them for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

They got to our house and were able to identify the problem quickly. I could tell our technician had a lot of experience. They are very good to military and first responders and applying a discount. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I know that we will be using them again in the future. I was very blown away at their professionalism.

Very professional company. They were able to check out my A/C the same day, which is a huge feat because I live in Casa Grande. The service guys were very friendly and able to troubleshoot quickly. They got the part we needed in 24 hours and provided us with a complimentary portable A/C unit to use over the weekend until repairs could be done Monday. Awesome finance option too! I will definitely be calling Semper Fi next time we have any A/C service needed!

Thanks to Semper Fi for making a very stressful and honestly wild experience much easier. Our 17 year old unit finally died and Austin came out to confirm and go over options. He was very matter of fact and not pushing me into purchasing anything. I made the decision to go with them, Austin text me shortly after to offer a portable ac in the mean time. Within a few days our new unit was up and running
