Hey guys, I just had a tech come out and do a service on my A/C unit. Harper engaged with me respectfully and honestly. He showed me pictures of the electrical measurements and explained each in detail, even reconnected the drainage hose that had come loose! Excellent service and would like Harper to be the individual that looks after my A/C unit in the future! 5 stars Harper and Semper Fi!
Had an unfortunate issue with my HVAC in the middle of July in Phoenix. Was able to secure a timely service call via online scheduling/text messaging (Skye). The technician (Guy J.) came out on a 115F day and got on the roof to see what was up. He was very patient in explaining what was going to happen, what he found, and going over all my options.
