The representative went over all the information about our old unit and what the new one would be and how it would benefit us. We were given a fair and reasonable price and the installation went just as promised. We can already see a great improvement. My husband is a disabled Veteran and keeping cool in the desert is a top priority. I highly recommend them.
Jerid initially came to inspect my unit and was extremely professional, honest, and genuine. He was never pushy about getting services done, instead he showed me what was wrong, what could be done to fix it, gave me a few options, and was on his way. From beginning to end everything went so smoothly it's scary. The techs showed up as scheduled and went to work. The job went so smooth we didn't even hear the crane lift and replace the unit. This installation is so clean looking and the jobsite clean up afterwards is incredible.
