I really did appreciate the service. While I still feel the price was a bit high for the work done, the quality of the service itself was absolutely 5/5. I’d be happy to have it done again given the chance. EDIT: Added photos to show the final result. The gas control valve was the primary part that needed replacement, but the technician also offered to replace any additional components if needed (e.g., the thermopile or spark igniter). Thus company has great customer service and have given good options on what actions I should take on my old outdated equipment. Recently I had a free waterheater flush and a leak happened in which thanks to Chris supervisor had the best plumber taking care of the leak very fast so I thank Donald being so awesome in his expertise! Super cool nice guy that is a true proffessional and in my opinion should get a raise to keep him right and happy cause he brought a smile on myself and my husband! Thank you Semperfi!
