I had Guy com by from Semper Fi. He was clean cut, very professional and gave me a reading on my two ACs. The one he said was fine, and could maybe use some more sealer. The other he showed me photos and readings and gave a quote for repair, or replacement. He didn’t push me, just gave me an honest opinion. With some extra incentives I decided to get a new AC. Semper Fi has been so easy to work with. I came across their promotional ads on instagram and messaged them about services. The communication with the office was great, you’re able to have someone call or just text to get it all set. We had Garrett as our tech and he was very professional, knowledgeable, transparent and helpful! We got everything taken care of at a reasonable cost even got a military discount. Garrett let us know about SRP and tax rebates we were unaware of. Highly recommend and will be a return customer!

I'm a 12 yr Marine Corps veteran. There were some issues that occurred during the process, but Semper Fi Heating and Cooling took care of the issues and made things right. I spoke with Jesse (The Owner) and and told him the concerns my wife and I had and he corrected the problem. The techs were all very courteous, respectful and very professional. Thank you Semper Fi for helping us get through the summer.

Tech arrived early and went straight to troubleshooting the lack of cooling problem. Found an error code for high pressure lockout and continued to troubleshoot for any other problems. Tech was able to resolve the high pressure lockout by hosing off the condenser motor. Tech thoroughly explained the issue and a quick fix to get the unit cooling again. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable.
