We had a lovely day on the bay for our scattering event. Sea Spirit did everything beautifully. They accommodated our party of 14 very comfortably and got as close as they could to the spot we wanted to spread the ashes. The captain and crew were very helpful. We would recommend Sea Spirit highly for a wonderful event for family and friends to honor the life of a loved one.
Sea Spirit Memorial took care of us when we scattered a loved one's ashes off of Santa Cruz. I cannot overstate how well they took care of us during the excursion. They were kind to everyone, were experienced with the process, took care of the ashes carefully, and overall were extremely caring. They went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. Thank you all for taking care of us and our loved one in such a trying time.
Sea spirit was incredible to work with. They were very communicative, easy to book and flexible throughout the process. I have a small toddler that I brought on the boat and they gave us great advice beforehand on how to prepare my toddler for the boat ride. They were also very clear on what was needed logistically (permitting, boat capacity, instructions for day of) which relieved the stress knowing I was working with experienced professionals.
