SCS is very professional and skilled at what they do. I am completely satisfied and blown away by the system they put in for me. The 7.1.2 home theater puts a big smile on my face every time I use it. Mark is excellent with timely communication and answering all my questions. The techs Zak and Colby were also very good and did a fantastic job! Will use SCS again for any future media center uogrades!
Tahg is an outstanding representative of SCS! I am a visually, impaired self-proclaimed audio file lol I have no longer able to read most user interfaces on today’s home theater receivers. Tahg Took the time to help me figure out a type of receiver that I could actually operate using a mobile app on my phone where I can use voiceover on my iPhone, and took the time to answer many follow up questions whether it be through email or phone! This place is the only company I will ever use their knowledge & customer service is exceptional. Completely trustworthy, they were kind enough to do my install without my being there. Fantastic company.
SCS was wonderful to work with! Greg was always available to text or call and answer any questions, and I had a LOT. The end result of my home theater is amazing, I'm so glad I chose SCS!!
