R&R Foundation Specialists raised and stabilized my sinking basement & foundation. The foreman on my job was Diego out of R&R’s Foundation's Tacoma yard. I am extremely pleased with the way my foundation repair project was handled by R&R. The foundation in the back part of my house sunk by 4” at its lowest point. Everyone at R&R from the scheduling team to the guys that worked on the house, were first rate. The crew, led by Terren, worked super hard and were extremely considerate. I’m really glad I got my foundation fixed and that I chose R&R for the job.

I would highly recommend R&R Foundation Specialist! I had a water problem in my basement along with a leaning wall. They installed a waterproofing system along with forced beams to stabilize the wall. Darian, was very helpful in walking me through the various options and Mike, Brian and his team, from their Tacoma office, did a great job on the installation. I normally don’t do 5 stars but in this case it’s warranted. Thank you R&R! Ron Judd

After getting estimates for foundation stabilization work from several companies, we chose R&R based on our research about the company, as well as our conversation with Darian and the work plan/cost estimate he developed. We got the impression that R&R would do the job right AND with the appropriate Seattle building permit. The work crew led by Richard confirmed our decision. Very Professional crew and staff. Very satisfied with the project. The estimator (also the owner) was extremely knowledgeable, and the crew was very professional. They were all very careful as the access to our crawl space is inside our home. Again. Highly recommend this company.
