Jim was very good about explaining their process each day. Work was done according to plan. Workers were pleasant and cleaned up pretty good for the most part. I would have insisted that they put a tarp over the deck but didn't think about it at the time. Scuff marks and oil stains were left which will require repainting on our part. We will have to wait a couple of years to see if their work fixed our problem.

Great crew that did the work. Explained everything and put all the dug up areas back so you cant even tell they were here! I recommend this company highly.

I have a single-story rambler-style home where, over 50 years, one corner of the house had settled 4 inches compared to the "zero" corner. The R&R team did a fantastic job addressing any concerns or questions I might have from start to finish. Cory, the owner, set me up for success with clear communication on the timeline and project requirements at the beginning of the assessment. Crew was very polite and the work was professional. We reviewed the work to be performed, and they showed me before, during, and after pictures. They protected my hardwood flooring and did a fabulous clean-up job. I would highly recommend R&R.
