The house, built in 1911, underwent a significant expansion, likely extended 1930’ to 40’. House built in 1913 did not disappoint with challenges with a leaking foundation into the basement. But, R&R came through and I am able to feel confident that any further water issues are no longer. If the opportunity presented itself, I would hire them again.

I had them come out to my house to look at an issue of water seeping into my garage which is built into a hill. For reasons that have nothing to do with them, I didn't end up getting the work done. However of the four companies I had look at it, R&R's assessment was easily the most thorough. They are the only one that did any significant inspection outside of the building rather than just inside the garage and their prices were comparable to the other companies I checked out.

The owner imports material from India but requested domestic pipe with credit terms, then later asked us to supply used pipe to reduce cost. All risks were discussed and approved in advance, and the material was accepted upon delivery. After partial payment, the customer claimed quality issues, stopped communicating for months, kept the material, and has still not paid the balance. Based on our experience, this company does not reliably pay vendors. I would not recommend doing business with them.
