The house, built in 1911, underwent a significant expansion, likely extended 1930’ to 40’. Cut the Mukilteo Ferry line on 5/12 at 7:15am. There’s plenty of room for more cars, and we’re early. Not sure why he needed to cheat… Probably says a lot about how they do buisness.
Hired R&R to raise our foundation and ended up wasting tens of thousands of dollars with no appreciable benefit. R&R was unable to raise our foundation. They ultimately gave up, sent us the bill, and all we have to show for it is a trashed lawn. So I had some work done by r and r back in 2019. I had six piers put in and really enjoyed Corey the owner… fast forward to 2026 and the other part of my house started having weird sounds and a crack in my ceiling… I live on a hillside and tons of water comes my way and a user error with a downspout may have caused more issues… I made an appointment to have him come Out and do an inspection with a bid….
