The house, built in 1911, underwent a significant expansion, likely extended 1930’ to 40’. Notably, the foundation concrete slab contains no metal, a detail we were aware of and initially caused some concern. I had them come out to my house to look at an issue of water seeping into my garage which is built into a hill. For reasons that have nothing to do with them, I didn't end up getting the work done. However of the four companies I had look at it, R&R's assessment was easily the most thorough. They are the only one that did any significant inspection outside of the building rather than just inside the garage and their prices were comparable to the other companies I checked out.

Had R and R do some work on our older home that needed an update to the crawl space foundation posts a few years back. Work was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Now in 2025, we are selling our home in a slow market and want to upgrade. We need to show the new buyers the application to transfer the foundation warranty ahead of the inspection in a few days as a show of good will to close the home. The owner imports material from India but requested domestic pipe with credit terms, then later asked us to supply used pipe to reduce cost. All risks were discussed and approved in advance, and the material was accepted upon delivery. After partial payment, the customer claimed quality issues, stopped communicating for months, kept the material, and has still not paid the balance. Based on our experience, this company does not reliably pay vendors. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Darien and his crew did an amazing job! I have a home with settling issues which was beginning to cause some real problems with flooring, wall cracking, doors that wouldn't close and finally a window that cracked due to the stress of shifting walls and framing. We wanted to perform some updates to our home and realized those efforts would be fruitless if we didn't first address the foundation.
