The house, built in 1911, underwent a significant expansion, likely extended 1930’ to 40’. Notably, the foundation concrete slab contains no metal, a detail we were aware of and initially caused some concern. BUYER BEWARE - Once you let them in, you either pay the piper or get sued. This company is repeatedly the cause of Real Estate Lawsuits. If you have them to your home and do not complete the most expensive recommendation they make, - EVEN IF THE RECOMMENDATION WAS FOR COSMETIC PURPOSES ONLY, they will later reveal the 'recommended' scope of work to the next owner, leading them to believe that you somehow shirked your responsibilities. We recently had a lift and stabilizing done on a sibling corner. Work itself was fast and the results exactly what we hoped for. We were home with a sick baby and Diego was very courteous about letting us know when ‘loud’ parts of the project were going to happen. Our basement has leaked as long as we've owned the house. I finally gave up trying to jerry rig a solution and chose R&R Foundation to do a basement foundation seal. I couldn't be happier with that decision. The crew was extremely professional and courteous. They took great care to do as little damage to the yard and garden in the work area as possible. We highly recommend this company.
