So we dropped a lot of money with Royal billiard. We had a wonderful experience. We had a bar custom made, a Pool table custom bar chairs. They were wonderful. But then we moved to Florida asked them to send us more custom chairs. Of course we could Pay. They said no, not worth it. Just wow. The manger was the best. If you plan on staying local they are great just Don’t move.

I recently dropped a cue stick off to get a new tip put on it. when I got home after picking it up I saw that the ferrule was all chewd up/ground up on, the new tip was not shaped/rounded off at all, the incorrect tip was put on also. I am extremely unhappy with the whole experience. I paid extra to have a better softer tip put on too. complete waste of money for what I received in my opinion

I bought a custom ordered cue from you and you accused me of damaging it after only four months. Neither you, nor your vendor would stand by the quality of the product. I spoke with Audra and she offered no resolution. She promised a return call that I never received. In addition, the vendor also refused to return my calls.
