Room and Home began way back in 1988 as ABC Furniture, but the Room & Home name first appeared in 2000. We have grown steadily over the years and moved several times, always into larger showrooms. Today we have a beautiful 24,000 square foot showroom right on Route 1 in Linden with plenty of free parking. Horrible customer service. Everyone is extremely arrogant and rude!! Came by today to buy furniture and was a bit annoyed at the employees tone. I went to this store along with other near by bc I needed dinning room set I could go home with that day if not early morning the following day. I looked around picked one out and when I asked if it was in stock she said yes but delivery would likely be for Friday. Thanks for not honoring the price which was quoted a day before and not only that, thanks for being arrogant and rude. I’ve got the same furniture with an online search at $700 less. 🙏🏻 At least, Tanya was nice and welcoming but Eric mentioned the next day she doesn’t know what she is doing (which is not a customers problem).
I just bought my leather sofa here and Bruno was kind enough to show us an amazing deal. This place has better options than Ashley's or Raymond furniture in my opinion. I will keep posted / edit if the leather sofa is real or if it flakes.
Awesome service from Eric! He helped me every time my boyfriend and I stopped at the store. Very patient and ensured us which items were in stock so we wouldn’t have to wait. Delivered on time like they promised! Actually a day before! The owner came out to ensure the job was done properly. I’m very happy with this place and their service! Their customer service is great ! I bought a table two years ago and I only had a one year warranty on it. Although the bottom part was faulty they still honored the warranty even though it was already a year over. They sent someone over to fix it within a couple of days of the call. they didn’t have the part so they took the bottom piece to bring me a brand new one and replaced it a few days later.
