I put a deposit down on a car at Bronx Riverdale, based on an agreement that they would fix the car and notify me when it was ready for pickup. Instead, the dealership turned around and sold the car as-is to someone else for a higher price — after taking my deposit. Absolutely no regard for honesty, decency, or customer trust. Update : I have since crashed this car due to it having electrical issues and there was a recall on the vehicle . I conveniently found this out Months after purchasing smh. The car kept shutting off at the light while in auto start/stop and would completely shut down to the emergency brake to where I’d have to shut the car completely off and restart the whole engine.
