I put a deposit down on a car at Bronx Riverdale, based on an agreement that they would fix the car and notify me when it was ready for pickup. Instead, the dealership turned around and sold the car as-is to someone else for a higher price — after taking my deposit. Absolutely no regard for honesty, decency, or customer trust. Update : I have since crashed this car due to it having electrical issues and there was a recall on the vehicle . I conveniently found this out Months after purchasing smh. The car kept shutting off at the light while in auto start/stop and would completely shut down to the emergency brake to where I’d have to shut the car completely off and restart the whole engine. Wack dealership stay away. Advertise one price on the website and tell me the vehicle is valued 3k more than the price online. On top of that did now want me to test drive the vehicle until I buy it. Stay away wasted my time
I had a deeply frustrating and troubling experience at Jeep Chrysler Riverdale, one that I feel compelled to share to warn others. After purchasing a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was defrauded of $4,000 for a service contract that I never approved or even asked for, as well as an additional $1,000 for “tire and wheel protection.” Despite my clear request to cancel these add-ons, the dealership’s actions only added to the disappointment and stress.
