I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I went in for two consecutive days to purchase a vehicle. During that time, I completed the financing process, which resulted in hard inquiries on my credit report. I was also instructed to obtain full coverage insurance for the specific vehicle in order to proceed with the deal, which I did. I took my charger for first time and since I made the call Hansel Ramirez gave me a great customer service over the phone, ones I arrived to get the service done, Hansel was super polite, his customer service skills on point and my car was ready on time. Would not recommend anyone to go here nor will I return in the future myself. I found a car at this dealership through Costco a while ago and this dealership made it an awful experience. Seems like a good place to go....if you're looking for a group of individuals who have no idea what they are doing that is. Anyways, they sold me a tire with a bubble in the tire. I don't know how they missed that but then made it a song and a dance regarding how to fix such mistake.
