Update : I have since crashed this car due to it having electrical issues and there was a recall on the vehicle . I conveniently found this out Months after purchasing smh. The car kept shutting off at the light while in auto start/stop and would completely shut down to the emergency brake to where I’d have to shut the car completely off and restart the whole engine. I had a deeply frustrating and troubling experience at Jeep Chrysler Riverdale, one that I feel compelled to share to warn others. After purchasing a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was defrauded of $4,000 for a service contract that I never approved or even asked for, as well as an additional $1,000 for “tire and wheel protection.” Despite my clear request to cancel these add-ons, the dealership’s actions only added to the disappointment and stress. Great customer service. Sebastian was kind and helpful. When my husband and I first went to the dealership a few months ago, they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. Sebastian kept in contact with us and answered all of our questions. When the vehicle we were looking for was available, Sebastian made sure to contact us right away. We are so happy with our Grand Cherokee 2025.
Beware of this place if your out if town doing a deal and your sales guy is off a day and someone comes in to buy the vehicle you were buying they will sell it if the person is willing to pay more. I didn't have to leave a deposit due to being positive 20k on a trade either. Very slimy business here, your word means nothing in the car business these days.
