Update : I have since crashed this car due to it having electrical issues and there was a recall on the vehicle . I conveniently found this out Months after purchasing smh. The car kept shutting off at the light while in auto start/stop and would completely shut down to the emergency brake to where I’d have to shut the car completely off and restart the whole engine. Beware of this place if your out if town doing a deal and your sales guy is off a day and someone comes in to buy the vehicle you were buying they will sell it if the person is willing to pay more. I didn't have to leave a deposit due to being positive 20k on a trade either. Very slimy business here, your word means nothing in the car business these days.
Walked out in less than 4 hours with the car I wanted. Professional, smart, hard working staff. Definitely will recommend to anyone for honesty and one of the best experiences you will have in terms of purchasing a vehicle. Great customer service. Sebastian was kind and helpful. When my husband and I first went to the dealership a few months ago, they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. Sebastian kept in contact with us and answered all of our questions. When the vehicle we were looking for was available, Sebastian made sure to contact us right away. We are so happy with our Grand Cherokee 2025.
Would not recommend. Initial bad purchasing experience due to poor sale tactics: pushy sales team doing underhanded tactics toward their own colleges & trying to get a down payment on a vehicle I physically did not get to see or even drive yet.
