Great customer service. I purchased a bed and the process was easy and quick throughout. Delivery was as scheduled. Communication was timely and complete. Everyone who helped me with my purchase and delivery was professional and very helpful.
I can only say good things about Rife. From walking into the door and being greeted warmly to no pressure salesman and an excellent collection of furniture. We were pleased with our entire visit. It is a well laid out Store. In-N-Out in less than an hour we found the reclining loveseat that we were looking for made the purchase set up delivery to Lincoln City and had a no hassle delivery. We will be going back for our next furniture thank you so much.
We ordered a recliner to help with back surgery recovery. The manufacturer was late releasing the product. Rifle’s staff expedited delivered as soon as they received the chair. Their staff was very curious and professional, and proactive in contacting us when they had update information. We highly recommend this store
Steven W was one of the best sales people that I have ever dealt with. I was on a budget and time frame. Steven W not only met he exceeded my expectations and needs.
