We had an amazing experience at Rife's! Drew our sales representative was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured. I'm so glad we stopped in! Kelsen at the Corvallis location is a G. He spent 3 afternoons with me making sure I got the Stanton Sofa of my dreams. I’m writing this review from the warm embrace of my gorgeous new couch, and I couldn’t be happier. I feel like a legitimate adult. Do yourself a favor, and go buy a Stanton from Kelsen! …unless he’s not at the Corvallis location anymore because he kicked so much butt that they transferred him to the Eugene location he deserves.✨

Kelsin Jagel’s, helped us, and we were pleasantly surprised. After shopping most of the day and meeting with less than spectacular customer service at multiple stores, we weren’t holding out much hope when we entered Rife’s on 9th in Corvallis. But they had a 5 star rating and apparently for good reason. Kelsin met us at the door, but wasn’t high pressure at all. We were looking for a new mattress, so we stopped at Rifes home furniture and mattress in Corvallis. We were met by a very nice salesman his name was Steve Mattson. We started out at one end of the store and worked our way through the store. After careful consideration we chose the first mattress we tried out. We also bought a new headboard baseboard. Everything was low key no pressure from Steve. I would shop here again. Very good customer service. Thanks again Steve for all your help. Sincerely William Burford
