Great customer service. I purchased a bed and the process was easy and quick throughout. Delivery was as scheduled. Communication was timely and complete. Everyone who helped me with my purchase and delivery was professional and very helpful.
Recovering from spinal surgery, I needed a new sofa that would provide better support. Paul was extremely attentive and helpful without being pushy or obnoxious, and he was very personable to chat with. He helped facilitate the delivery and haul-away process as well. As someone who has been in the ER twice within the last week due to spine issues, I am relieved he made the hunt for a new sofa as -very literally speaking- painless as possible. Definitely recommend 👍
I stopped by Rife’s because I had been looking for an electric recliner for over a year and had not found anything that met my needs. With in just a few minutes of locating their large selection of recliners I had narrowed it down to one. A grey recliner with a soft leather like upholstery, it reclined smoothly, quietly and at a comfortable speed. Its headrest also controlled by the remote was a nice addition and I use it often.
