The whole purchasing process of a new dining set with Rife's was positive for me. Kim offered meseveral options to meet my needs and likes and continued to help me when I changed my mind several times during multiple visits to the Lebanon store. She kept me informed as to status of my order and helped me resolve the exchange for sub-par piece. Also, the delivery staff were polite, careful and prompt. I will do business with Rife's in the future.
