We had the best help from Kim in finding our hopefully at least ten year bed or more! She knew her stuff as well as Brian, who I worked with prior for my parents and he’s why we came back and chose them! The arrival of our bed and no charge for disposal of our old bed worked quickly and perfectly! They came right on time! The entire experience was great! Oops! Didn’t finish the previous review. If Bryan was the type of salesman that pressured us, we would have walked away. He showed us the type of mattresses we were interested in and explained about them. He then left us to decide which we wanted but did checked back in case we had more questions. It was a great experience. Also the delivery system is superb! We could keep track of the expected arrival time easily. If we were working, we could easily know when to leave to meet the delivery.
