Excellent help in store! Not so much from the delivery driver. He was unfriend and threatening. I had told the sales person that the sofa way being delivered to a new build site were there was a steep dirt ramp. When the delivery driver came he made threats about what would happen if he fell. Thank goodness his assistant was pleasant. My son helped move the furniture instead of driver.
The manager at the Coos Bay store was very pleasant and helpful. Our recliner arrived faster than we expected and the delivery men did a great job of setting it up. They even took our old recliner away. Rife's service is excellent and we'd recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
I love the new chair!! And, as promised, delivery occurred on the day and time scheduled!
