It has been few weeks now since I got my Jim and I couldn’t be happier with the car and the service I received from this dealer! Everyone was very helpful! Big shoutout to our salesman Logan he made the process very easy, FAST and gave us all the information possible we needed and more. Logan at Redcliffe Suzuki was friendly and patient throughout my process of test driving and purchasing a new car. I ultimately picked a different vehicle elsewhere (nothing to do with the dealership, just my personal preference between the two cars I was deciding between), however the customer service I received by Logan was the best out of all the dealerships I went to. Had a good experience. Did stress when I was unable to find the radio station I was looking for and got told the XL did not have the frequency required. Ended up finding it myself. Was a little unhappy of how my new Jimny was pre delivery cleaned which I am sure I pay for. There was watermarks all down the vinyl on the panels on the inside of the doors. Billy the BEST salesman, thank you so much for giving me an excellent experience in buying a new car!!
