It has been few weeks now since I got my Jim and I couldn’t be happier with the car and the service I received from this dealer! Everyone was very helpful! Had a good experience. Did stress when I was unable to find the radio station I was looking for and got told the XL did not have the frequency required. Ended up finding it myself. Was a little unhappy of how my new Jimny was pre delivery cleaned which I am sure I pay for. There was watermarks all down the vinyl on the panels on the inside of the doors. Friendly and efficient team on reception for service. Took my Jimny for its first full service. I got the mileage wrong but they adjusted the service for a lower mileage. Clear description of checks and adjustments during service and a lower price than originally quoted as an oil change was not needed: honest and reliable. This business is a business that has the OLD-fashioned attitude and standards that should be forecast to ALL car dealerships, as in, they actually LISTEN to the customer, and do NOT press home to you what they want you to do. Very, very impressed and satisfied with the dealing we had with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great business experience. We ended up purchasing a USED car from them and well within our budget, thanks to them going out of their way to accommodate us within our means.
