It has been few weeks now since I got my Jim and I couldn’t be happier with the car and the service I received from this dealer! Everyone was very helpful! Big shoutout to our salesman Logan he made the process very easy, FAST and gave us all the information possible we needed and more. We have opted for the tinted windows and paint protection package and the guys did an amazing job and would definitely recommend for anyone else, because how could you refuse when you getting a lifetime warranty whilst you own it. Logan at Redcliffe Suzuki was friendly and patient throughout my process of test driving and purchasing a new car. I ultimately picked a different vehicle elsewhere (nothing to do with the dealership, just my personal preference between the two cars I was deciding between), however the customer service I received by Logan was the best out of all the dealerships I went to. Dealt with Logan who was incredible! Communicated throughout the whole process and even delivered my car earlier then expected which is highly appreciated. Jesse also assisted during the process and was extremely helpful and just as excited about the new car as me Thank you so much for my new Jimny!

Had a good experience. Did stress when I was unable to find the radio station I was looking for and got told the XL did not have the frequency required. Ended up finding it myself. Was a little unhappy of how my new Jimny was pre delivery cleaned which I am sure I pay for. There was watermarks all down the vinyl on the panels on the inside of the doors. I had to clean that myself and still struggling to get rid of it so not sure what products were used to clean the vehicle. Also had some damage on the vinyl adjacent to the b... read more
